"Worth it for the price"
I ordered a TV stand and overall I’m happy with it. The shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but for the price I paid, I can’t really complain too much. It arrived in good condition, looks fine, and does what I needed it to do. I feel like I made a decent choice, especially since I wasn’t trying to spend a ton on a TV stand anyway

"Confusing updates the whole time?!"

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to buy something, but the checkout process was really confusing. It kept glitching or sending me back at small steps, like when I was entering my payment info, and I ended up feeling like it was way harder to place an order than it needed to be.
"Setup help was actually great"
I ordered my TV from thebigscreenstore.com and, of course, hit a few setup issues because apparently nothing can just plug in and work anymore. I called for help, and the guy on the phone was surprisingly patient and walked me through the parts I was stuck on without making me feel like I should already have a degree in TV setup.
Everything is working now, and it ended up being way less stressful than I expected. Really happy with the help, even if it would’ve been nice if the whole process had been that easy from the start.

"Showroom visit was a letdown"
I stopped by the showroom hoping someone could help me figure out which TV to get, but it was disappointing. I stood around for a while and no one really seemed interested in helping, and when I finally asked a few questions, the answers were short and rushed.
On top of that, the whole process felt like there were too many steps just to get basic info, which got frustrating fast. Maybe they were having an off day, but it felt like they just wanted me to hurry up and either buy something or leave. I left without buying anything and I don’t see myself going back.

"Decent price, bad timing"
I bought a TV from thebigscreenstore.com and the whole thing was fine, but the price wasn’t anything amazing. I checked around after ordering and it seemed average for what I got. What annoyed me more was the timing, right after I bought it, I started seeing better deals pop up elsewhere, which made the purchase feel a little disappointing. Nothing was really wrong with the TV or the store, I just expected a bit more value for the money

"Decent sound, but the bass is a bit light"
Setup was easy and only took a few minutes, which I appreciated. The sound is okay overall, but the bass feels weak, especially on songs where you expect a little more punch. It works fine for everyday listening, just not really impressive.
"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered a TV because the website showed it as available, so I figured great, done, one less thing to think about. Then a few days later they got back to me saying it was actually out of stock, and they couldn’t really tell me when it would be available again. Super frustrating, especially because I probably could’ve just bought it somewhere else in the meantime. I don’t know, just don’t say something is in stock if it isn’t actually there.

"Solid follow-up after delivery"
Had a minor issue after my TV showed up, so I called them. Took a little while to reach someone, but once I did, they were helpful and fixed it. Not flawless, but good after-sale support overall

"They literally knew the TV specs..."
They literally knew the TV specs really well and were able to answer my setup questions without any trouble. The only downside was that the shipping info wasn’t super clear, so I had to figure some of that out myself. Overall, it was decent, just not perfect

"Picture is dull and it works when it wants"
The TV is okay when it actually decides to work, but the picture isn’t as good as I expected. It looks kind of dull, especially for what I paid. I wouldn’t say it’s completely terrible, but I’m definitely a little disappointed.

I had to return mine and it was straightforward, which I appreciated because I’ve dealt with some annoying returns before. The exchange did take a bit longer than I expected, but it got sorted in the end.

"Delivery felt unprofessional"
The delivery experience wasn’t great. The guys who dropped it off came across as rude, which was disappointing. I even double-checked my confirmation email and receipt afterward to make sure I hadn’t missed any special delivery notes, but everything looked normal. Just not the kind of service I expected

The sales staff was helpful enough, but they couldn't really answer a few of my questions.

I went in hoping to check out a few different TV models side by side, but the selection was weak. A bunch of sizes weren’t even available, so it was hard to make any real comparison. What a joke — definitely not what I expected.

"Install was fine, but could’ve been neater"
The TV got installed and it works, so I can’t really complain too much, right? But the guys did seem a little rushed, and the wires weren’t as tidy as I was expecting. Maybe I’m being picky, but I just thought it would look a bit cleaner when it was done. Overall, not a bad job, just not quite as polished as I’d hoped...

"Really helpful advice on my home theater setup"
I just got help from them recently, it made the whole home theater decision way easier than I expected. They quickly pointed me toward the right setup without making it feel overwhelming, and since everything is still fresh in my mind, I’d definitely say it was a great experience.
